Giles has been creating award winning designs and concepts for over 20 years. He has a passion for food and drink brands and can't go out for a meal without analysing the menu design. In a previous life he has been a flair bar tender, waiter and ice cream man. He's even been known to perform a magic trick or two on a night out.
